The film tells the story of the first holiday centre in socialist Poland. This project was awarded in a competition for a holiday centre “for the masses”. Designed as a haven for workers and their families, it also aimed to preserve the mountainous landscape and natural environment.

Director – Roman Kałuża-Wierzchosławski

Roman Kałuża-Wierzchosławski is a graduate of the Cinematography Department at the National Film School in Łódź. In 2017, he earned his Ph.D. and has since been a lecturer at his alma mater. Alongside his academic pursuits, he works as a cinematographer, specializing in feature films, documentary films and commercials.
